Emre Apaydın

I am currently a M.Sc. student in the Department of Bioengineering at Marmara University. My research topics and interests include molecular dynamics (MD) simulations, machine learning, drug design, and structural bioinformatics. I have recently received my bachelor's degree from the Department of Bioengineering at Marmara University, where I contributed to the redocking and virtual screening simulations of OXA enzymes in the research project entitled “Identification of Common Inhibitors Against D-Class Beta-Lactamases in ESKAPE Pathogens”.
